All payments must be made in USD through PayPal or Ko-fi

Full payment is required unless mentioned otherwise

We do not accept trades, Discord Nitro, Robux, RHD, exposure, or any form of non-monetary payments unless explicitly stated otherwise

Refund requests are not accepted. All orders will be completed as agreed upon

In the event of a refund, a 10% deduction from the original payment will be applied as compensation for the time and effort invested in the commission

Refunds will be issued if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances or other limitations on our part

We reserve the right to instantly refund an order without negotiation if we perceive impatience or rushing on the client's part

Please note that refunds will not be provided for orders paid through Discord Nitro or any other non-monetary payment methods

Orders will typically be completed within a time frame of 5 days to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload

Commissions are primarily worked on during Fridays and weekends, though exceptions may apply based on our schedule and availability

Orders paid in USD will be prioritised over orders paid through Discord Nitro or other non-monetary payment methods
